DR. MINA ADLY (CO-FOUNDER & COMPANY DIRECTOR)
Dr. Mina Adly is a distinguished leader in Egypt's scouting community, bringing over 30 years of hands-on experience to the field. He holds both a Master's and a Doctorate in Mathematics and is a certified IGCSE Math Professor. As the current Director of the prominent Michael Archangel Scouts (MAS) in Sheraton for the past 5 years-and having previously served as Vice Director for over 7 years-Dr. Mina has inspired and mentored generations of young scouts. In addition to his scouting leadership, Dr. Mina is a serial entrepreneur who has founded and built numerous companies and institutions across diverse sectors, induding education, manufacturing, food & beverage, and logistics. His leadership is marked by a unique blend of academic excellence, practical life skills, and a deep commitment to youth empowerment.
ENG. MOHEB GHALI (CO-FOUNDER & CEO)
ENG. Moheb Ghali brings over 24 years of scouting and leadership experience, with a lifelong commitment to developing strong, ethical leaders. He has been an active member of the scouts since the age of six and has led the Michael Archangel Scouts (MAS) in Sheraton -an organization with over 1,000 members- for more than a decade. His international exposure is reflected in his participation in major scouting events across Egypt, Germany, the UK, China, and more. Moheb lived in Germany for 10 years, where he graduated with a BSc in Engineering and pursued an MSc in Quantitative Economics. Beyond his scouting achievements, he has played key roles in several startups spanning logistics, manufacturing, and investment sectors. His dedication to leadership and ethical development is at the heart of every aspect of the organization's programs.
Together, Dr. Mina Adly and Moheb Ghali have a combined 54 years of experience in scouting, education, and leadership, making Bite Scouts Academy the most experienced and visionary youth leadership organization in the region.
